At Cogmatic, we’re a team of specialists when it comes to making large sprockets.

Our flame machining equipment will accommodate diameters up to 18 feet (18′). Even if a large sprocket is split into segments for ease of transport and assembly, we machine the full round part to ensure accurate tooth spacing.
